Hantec group is awarded the “Happiness-at-work” again!

Hantec Group has been awarded “Happiness-at-work” for 3 consecutive years, in recognition of our efforts on four assessment areas, including "corporate care", "corporate wisdom", "corporate resilience" and "corporate motivation".

The Group regards employees as an important asset and cares for the development of employees. We regularly organize birthday party, employee travel, health activities and seminars etc. Meanwhile, we also have a sound management system to reflect the "corporate wisdom", such as organizing charity activities, providing flexible arrangement on working hours and medical insurance. 

In addition, we establish team building activities, internal communication mechanisms and training courses to let employees have a clear understanding of the company's operations and future development, and also provide clear career plans so that they can work in a pleasant working environment.

“Happiness-at-work” scheme is sponsored by the Promoting Happiness Index Foundation. The aim is to enhance the recognition of Hong Kong organizations on the "Happiness-at-work", and promote the development of a happy working environment from all walks of life.
