亨達以人為本，非常著重員工身心發展，經常舉辦各類不同活動，舒緩平日生活緊張的都市壓力，讓員工在工作及生活上取得平衡，同時增強同事對公司的凝聚力。集團早前舉行了一年一度的員工旅行，名為「台中三日兩夜花博之旅」，邀請全體員工及家屬暢遊台中，參觀當地著名花博，以及品嚐當地地道美食，鄧予立名譽主席、林岳風主席及一眾管理層均有參加，與大家共同歡渡愉快週末。
